Ag-IQ Australia was formed by Dr John Fielke of Adelaide, Australia in 2017 to bring intelligent solutions to the agricultural industry for improved food quality and profit along the value chain from farm to the consumer. Dr Fielke has worked with the almond industry in Australia and California since 2012 developing new equipment for yield mapping, on-farm hulling, dehydration, moisture control and reduced damage during shelling of almonds.

Prior to these activities, Dr Fielke has undertaken work to improve the processing of dried grapes and redeveloped the Australan dried grape processing facilities. Also he has been the Manager of R&D at Horwood Bagshaw, a tillage and seeding equipment manufacturer at Mannum, South Australia.
