Ag-IQ Almond Yield Mapper

The Ag-IQ Almond Yield Mapper is designed to assist almond growers understand the variation in yield within and between blocks.  The Ag-IQ Almond Yield Mapper measures the flow of almonds from the harvester into the reservoir cart.

The console records data every 5 seconds (approximately every 4 meters) when the harvester is moving.  The data stored on a micro SD card includes:-

1.  Variety

2.  UTC and local date and time

3. Position (latitude, longitude, altitude and their respective accuracy)

4. Ground speed (km/h)

5. Flow rate of almonds (as a percent of full flow)

6. Yield of almonds (kg/m, kg/ha)

7.  Accumulated mass (kg)

8. Calibration factors (wheel distance per rev, yield factor).

The data is taken via the SD card to a computer and yield maps can be created using software such as ArcGIS or QGIS etc.

2” colour LED display showing time, position, flow, accumulated mass, data save and warning messages if error occurs.

In-cab console size is 100 x 65 x 75 mm.
